Hello all. Im 20 years old, and I have been making some pretty dumb decisions when it comes to my eating habits. I am an emotional eater, and lets just say i get pretty emotional at times. Its so hard to stay on track sometimes because I work full time and go to college full time. When work gets the best of me, I eat. When school gets the best of me, I eat. I have no support system at home because everyone I know is either skinny, average sized and can eat what ever they want, or just comfortable with being bigger. Im not comfortable with my size. Or the size of my prego looking belly lol. Right now I weigh 180 lbs, with a target goal of 145- 150. I DO NOT want to be skinny. Thats just not me. lol So if ur in the same, or particular boat, be my pal... Peeezzzzeee? k, bye!

Hello, i am also 20 years old and i need to lose weight. I always say it but never really  do anything about it. On Monday i found this site and decided to try. I've always been your typical chubby girl.... i've never been skinny.

so i don't have a scale but i'll put in my weight from last time i weighted myself,  about two weeks ago. 150 lbs and i am 5' 3" i'm hoping to lose 25 lbs by February.

i hope we help each other through the good and the bad :)
