ladies who've lost 100+ lbs, what happened to your cup size?

I have lost 50 lbs now but my goal is to lose 100+. I have already gone from a DD/F to a D and I'm hoping with all the weight still to lose I won't go down 2 more cup sizes. That is the one part of me that I liked big! How much have you lost in that area?

I've lost 128 lbs (from 351 to 223) since last October, I've had three children, and I am now 48 years old. So far, my cup size has not changed. I still wear a C cup. I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not, but I have lost my weight by exercise rather than cutting calories. I walk and carry dumbells as I walk. I also am very carefull to walk with good posture, which helps keep the chest muscles healthy.

I've lost about 40 lbs since April, and my cup size has gone from a D to a C, and now that one's starting to get a little loose.  :(

Like the above post said, that was the one part of me I liked big!  Oh well.
I've lost 75lbs and I haven't dropped a cup size.  I've shrank inches around the bust, but I've also dropped a strap size as well, so as the mysterious bra-math works out, I've still got my D cup.  :)
omg, I am totally opposite.  My cup runneth over, so to speak, and I would be happy to drop a cup and be a happy C.  But, in my experience of losing a bit of weight a few years ago, I did not lose any weight in my breasts and ended up getting them surgically reduced (to a C) because it was way uncomfy and painful.  But then I up and gained 60+ pounds and gained a cup.  But I'm still smaller than I was and it's definately more manageable.
I've lost only 30 pounds, but also lost 3 cup sizes - D to A. I think that's an uncommonly large drop, though, and I was on the small side of D when I started.

I've lost 70#, and don't think I've lost a cup size, but I haven't bought new bras yet.  I know that I need a smaller band size, but the cup size looks to stay the same.  They are just a little saggier, but that may be because I'm 39 yrs old, and not the weight loss.;(

In a previous life, when I lost 150 pounds, I went from a full D to a small B.  My face and neck are always the first to go, then the boobs!

I have lost 170 pounds and everything went South being a DD and I had a breast lift and am now a full B.
I havelost 117 lbs and I went from a FULL DDD to a DD ( but I also realized that when I was a DDD.. I should have been larger.. I had a larger waste so I bought a bigger size.. I should have been a smaller # and a larger letter.... but mine are GONE GONE!!!! I miss them too!
I'm hoping when I reach my goal my bra size will be smaller. I'm a 36DD right now, but would love to be a C. I'm hoping to make a breast lift a present to myself when I have been at goal for 6 months and my weight is more stable.

I lost 55 lbs. and I went from a J cup to a DD
Thanks for all the responses. I should probably look in to weight lifting exercises as said previous and maybe I won't lose as much. And it would probably help with extra skin too.

weight lifting and building best muscles helps keep your chest perky :)

also, weight in your chest is like anywhere else, some poeple can have stick legs and have weight to lose in their gut.  At the same time, a person may lse weight and not have it affect their chest.

121-98-113  from D to B
i've lost 57lbs and i went from 40A/B to 34A.

so though they actually did shrink, they appear to be about the same because the band size going down. awesome!
I've lost about 130 pounds {I'm 5"4'} and I've gone from a 42DD to a 36D/C. Depending on the type of bra I seem to be somewhere between a C and D cup at the moment.  But the rest of me shrunk in porportion more or less, so I still have a great shape, I just want to shrink it a bit more. I rather like my boob size now.

I know this is an old thread, but I just thought I'd throw an FYI out there....Bra's are measure by "waist" the circumference of your body just below your breasts. My bra is 36B, the 36 represents the "inches" around. Some bra manufacturers number their bra's differently and therefore the number does not represent an actual inch but maybe more or less. The letter in your bra size is the CUP size, this is the act breast size. You can lose weight and keep the same cup size and change the band size, which would mean your breasts did not shrink. Some people lose cup size and not band size depending on how their fatty deposits are distributed. Just thought I'd throw that out there :)

this is probably old buttt..I'm just starting my weight loss journey. I'm never been really small. I'm only 18..but i got pregnant at 16. i had my daughter when i was 17. and..i had a few complications. along with being depressed. sooo..i gained a lot of weight. i was about 140 lbs. but i was also a DD cup. I've always had larger breast and hips. But also always had a smaller waist. so..throughout my pregnancy i was depressed, i ate and drank coke (which was my craving at the time) all the time. and with all of the weight i gained, i got gestational diabetes. also..by the 4th month. i looked huge. i looked about..6 months and like i was having twins. when i went to the er when i was 6 months, since i wasn't feeling any movement, they were in shock at how big i was. here my daughter was already 4 lbs. she came out to be 9lbs 5oz and 27 inches long. along with having gestational diabetes, i also had preclamsia. and since i had gestational diabetes, i had to take insulin. which also caused me to gain weight. after i had my daughter, i had post partum depression. i..did nothing but sleep, cried, and felt sorry for myself. but every time i looked at her it made me realize i did the right thing. but anyway, i ate, and ate, and ate. and even now that i don't eat all the time, i don't eat right.  my moms a southern cook, so, cooking with a lot of butter runs in the family. but we're moving in a couple weeks, so ill be working with my family along as getting my ged. also, I'm going to be doing a diet that my doctor gave me after i had her that i never did. along with that I'm going to be working out twice a day. once in the morning, once at  night. nothing extreme, just home work out tapes. along with walking to and from work. but what I'm trying to get to is, I'm a DDD/E/F cup right now. But I would like to get down to a DD/D if that's at all realistic. I've read how some women have lost cup sizes, and others haven't. I'm really hoping I am since I'm having a lot of back problems. I've never been in this much pain. Even the back labor wasn't as bad as this. Is there any chance that I'll be able to? Also this isn't the topic, but since I did gain a lot of weight when i was pregnant, as soon as i had my daughter, my didn't have a belly at all. it was only flabby skin. which has never gone away. it's kind of filled out a bit, but I'm worried since the skin has stretched out so much that it wont go flat like it was once. i was a size 6/7 and i am now a size 18. a BIG difference. I'm just worried my skin has been too stretched out to go back. i have stretch marks EVERYWHERE. my arms, chest, stomach, thighs, lower back. name it..i have it. it's horrible. the ones on my stomach go all the way up below my breast, to below my panty line. :(
