1 1/2 cup bulgur
1 1/2 cup lentil
4 cups water
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for lapsi

  1. Pressure cook bulgur and lentil with water for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a pan

  3. add curry leaves salt pepper

  4. add cooked lapsi and stir fry for a minute
