Large Weight Loss and Flabby Skin

Quote  |  Reply

Hi,

I used to weigh 250 pounds and I went on this crazy, unhealthy, did I mention crazy and unhealthy and just WRONG diet? I just ate yogurt and salad daily with some bread on some days. Basically around 500-600 calories a day. (Once again I now know how extremely unhealthy and stupid it was) I would also work out almost everyday and make sure to burn off those 500 calories. Then i'd take a long walk in the evenings after "dinner". I dropped to 160 pounds but I had a lot of skin that is "hanging" or extremely thin skin.

After a few months of that madness I just went back to eating and drinking and actually gained all that **** weight back. I am now 195 pounds but I still have some of that extremely thin skin. What can I do? I am trying weight loss the healthy way by eating right and exercising so it;s taking more time and I do strength training but the skin is not decreasing.
