You dont need help - you've got the best ideas there
People say use low fat ricotta as cheese. You can also use cottage cheese.
Use the turkey, with a nice low-fat pasta sauce (and low sodium) You could make that yourself. Make sure you add herbs to make it tasty.
You can do whole wheat noodles. Some people use low-carb pitas. And use spinach as a layer. So go noodle, spinach, noodle, meat, noodle cheese and spinach, noodle etc etc.
With the meat mix, you could add beans or soft steamed carrots and peas, to make it go futher. The chunkier (but soft still) I find, they 'heartier' it feels. So use tomatoes int ehre too. And mushrooms, yummy and low cal.
Serve with a big crunchy green salad.
Get a recipe for a low-fat white sauce. If you must use cheese, use it just on the top and in the last few mins, stick the lasagne under a grill to make it nice and bubly, as low fat cheeses dont melt well.

I'm a fan of zucchini lasagna. We were just talking about that the other day, too!
I slice green zucchini squash into just a little bit wider than lasagna noodle slices, salt, and let sit for about 15 minutes. Blot with a paper towel and use as noodles. Low fat ricotta cheese and ground turkey spiced up with plenty of fresh basil and parsley... and low sugar pasta sauce would be fantabulous!

A combination of ground turkey breast and extra lean ground beef would be good too. Also, you can use fewer layers of noodles to cut down on the calories per serving.
There are great suggestions in this thread.

i love the kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese, the reduced fat cottage cheese (some italian brand name I can never remember has the lowest calories) and the whole wheat noddles are a great idea and either SUPER LEAN ground beef or the ground turkey. you can also rince your regular beef (instructions on hillbillyhousewife.com). Use egg replacement for the eggs and go light on the parmasan. Dont add to much spinach or it gets soupy. You can also sub some of the noodles with thin slices zuchini :)

I substituted ricotta cheese with some extra firm tofu that I whizzed through my food processor. Couldn't tell the difference when I was done!
