| 1 | pound beef, ground, 80% lean meat |
| 1/2 | cup chopped onion |
| 1 | tsp garlic |
| 1 1/2 | cup stewed tomatoes, canned |
| 8 | oz Tomato sauce, canned |
| 6 | oz tomato paste, canned |
| 2 | tsp dried basil |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 10 | oz pasta |
| 1 | eggs |
| 2 1/4 | oz Light Ricotta Cheese |
| 2 | tablespoons dried parsley flakes |
| 1 | cup mozzarella cheese |
- cook beef
- add onion and garlic
- when cooked add tomatoes and the next 2 ingredients
- mix egg, ricotta cheese and parsley flakes
