Last Calories, Sugar?

Well i was at 1730 kcal right now at 8:30 ish and i needed to get to my normal 2000 calories; my stats were 34 grams fat, 217 protein and 126 carbohydrates so i decided to eat something with a lot of carbohidrates, so i took 100 grams of dried mixed fruit which is about 240 kcal and 57 grams of carbohydrate, which 57 are from sugar.

 

what i want to know just for curiousity as i dont know anything about it, what does a lot of sugar do to your body, right now i have a 250% or sugar but i dont realy care cus i normaly go from 50% - 150% so im ok, i would just like to increase my knowledge =D.

Sugar is a simple carbohydrate. Your body uses carbohydrates for energy to perform its daily activities (voluntary & involuntary). If you have an excess of carbs at the end of the day, your body will store it as fat for future use.

Well but at the end its the same with any other source, fats can be also turned to carbohidrates for energy and proteins can be converte as well  by a process i dont remember the name (lol) and if the energy is not used its transformed into fat, but the thing is that - for example, like sodium is part of "salts", but sodium is not realy good in large ammounts as it makes ur body retain too much water - carbohyidrates have a sub-branch which is sugars, and there is a specific maximum amount of daily sugar intake (like the sodium one), what i want to know is, what happens when you exceed too much with the daily sugar amount :P?.... like today that i had 250% =D
