i adore these bagels!  and they have a good amount of fiber as well.  if only they weren't so expensive!

 

oh you should try the thomas' light english muffins (multi grain is yummy!).  they are very good as well, 100 cal, and a little more fiber.

They are also really good with smuckers sugar free jelly. That only has 10 calories per tbsp/serving.

where do you buy these bagels?!? they sound amazing!

i know you can order them online for sure, but i found mine in copp's.

They don't ship out of the U.S.A. even though it's an option... I tried ordering some.
