I have been like trying to lose the last 5-6 ls for 2 months now, cant seem to be able to do it. Anyone has any suggestions on how they did it.

anyone?? Someone pls help. I have been at 135-137 range for almost 2 months now and would really like to get down to 130. It just so happens that the whole week I eat well, weekends I give in and indulge and then the whole week is spent in trying to undo the effect of the weekend.
when i lose motivation and get anoyed that im always eating diet food i ask my loved ones to keep the junk food away from me and force me to make the choices i know im supposed to.
i also have my jeans that i want to fit into nailed on the wall so i am reminded that my poor eating habits have now made me unable to fit into them. it gives me motivation to not eat junk food cuz i kno i definetly wont be able to fit into the jeans.
other than motivation the last pounds r hardest...up your workout routine (you might want to get a trainer for a day might cost u no more than 40 bucks) to show u something new to shock your body. if ur doing 30 mins cardio...increase by 20 minutes. chnage ur diet...i was on 6 small meals and after several months i plateaued. i switched to 3 meals and reduced the calories as i got lighter and it seemed to work.
unfortunately for me i got overconfident and started indulging as i got closer to my goal...a big NONO!
