I gained one pound last week, which was really disappointing, but I still have only 7 pounds left to get to my goal so I am trying to be positive. But it is hard!
I have been stuck here for a month now and I am finding it hard to be motivated to lose the last few... and because of it am finding it hard to lose anything or keep my spirits up. It is depressing so I've gained a little back. Anyone in the same boat? If so, what are you doing or any suggestions????

I am totally in the same boat. I have 5-6 pounds left to go and I have been here for 6 weeks. Two weeks ago I realized I needed to up my calories a bit to break the plateau. I have been doing that for two weeks now and thought I had dropped 1.5 pounds, but this morning the scale didn't reflect that, but I also have my period, so that could be it. I have had a couple of people tell me that it takes about 2 weeks to break a plateau so I am hoping I will see a drop this week.
I keep thinking that I am so close, I should just give up and settle here, but I don't want to. I am trying really hard!
