last question regarding getting toned / defined..
So as i've said before im 6'1 208 in shape 3 times a week i do hiit and 3 times a week i strength train .. the question is if i just wanna get more defined and toned shud i stop lifting weights and just do cardio ?

Heck no! You don't want to lose all that muscle mass you've been building. It sounds to me like you're doing exactly the right thing ... maybe add some cardio in there, but with the HIIT you probably don't need much.
Well i wanna see the results, you know... i have muscular arms but it barely shows cuz my body isnt cut... or toned
the hiit cardio is good, you need to increase your protein lower your carbs and if you are lifting heavy raise your rep range to 10-12 and 12-15. the protein will help to maintain muscle and the weights will help your muscles stay tight and hard
And while this may be unpopular on these boards, supplementing creatine will help your muscles look more full and defined.
If you really want to get cut as quickly as possible you can always go into ketosis. But remember that ketosis is a diet and not a state that you want to stay in for prolonged periods. I've sucessfully dropped my body fat percentage by 7% in three weeks by using this method.

I dont know what ketosis is.. ?Where can i find info bout it?
Google it or look for it at www.bodybuilding.com or t-nation.com. I'd
recommend either of the latter. The most basic explination would be
carbohydrate depletion, but it's much more than that.
