Hi!  I'm new here -- today is my second day.  I read about this site in a fitness magazine and decided to give it a shot.

I've struggled with body image issues all my life.  For some time, I tried various ways to resolve my mental and emotional reactions to weight and body issues but had no success.  Finally, I decided that if I couldn't resolve my feelings around it, I'd just have to get in physically pristine condition.  Eight years ago I began making life-style changes to my diet and started to inlcude exercise. 

Today, I have a balanced, healthy diet and work out 5-7 times a week.  Despite making nutrition and fitness my top priority, I have been unable to hit my weight goal and maintain it. 

I'm here to get rid of these last 10 pounds and to hopefully meet some people and share motivation and tips.
