When was the last time you ate Circus Peanuts?

The candy, not peanuts at a circus.  I think I was in college (I married the guy who bought them for me, Ha!)  Just remembering they were good....and good for you ;).  Although I don't know if I could stomach them any more.

I remember them being so cloyingly sweet that I felt sick after eating so many.   ...Perfect :)

ugh i havent' eaten any since I was a kid. But I did buy a bag a few months ago for my dad b/c he LOVES them. I think they are kinda gross haha

Circus peanuts!!!!  They tasted okay but smelled soooooo goood.  I wonder if demeter makes a perfume based on the scent. 

Wistfulxthinking, circus peanuts are a banana flavored marshmallow candy.  They're orange and about 2 inches long.  They're not a squishy as a regular marshmallow but harder. 

I have always thought that they are the most discusting thing in existance.

They are banana flavored??? I just thought they tasted like pure sugar, LOL.

Twink...LOL....there are two types of people in this world.  Those who like circus peanuts, and those who don't. LOL. We can still be friends though.

Now that I think about it...there must be 3 types...because wishfulxthinking didn't know about them ;)

LOL, are they really banana flavored? It was always a taste that I couldn't really describe. A circus peanut always just tasted like... a circus peanut to me haha.

I wasn't sure about the flavor either, but I got some extra information on wikipedia.  It's just like eating flavored foam packing. 

Great, now I want some circus peanuts!!!!

I could never figure out that putrid flavor though it makes sense since I hate anything banana flavored. EEEEWWWWWWW circus peanuts are a food of the devil. Explains why my mom and daughter love them, Gross.

I think I enjoy smooshing them between my fingers more than eating them.  I remember pink and yellow circus peanuts too... I wonder if those were banana flavored too?

That's funny -- i just had circus peanuts earlier this evening!  ugh, too much sugar.  i like the first one, but after a couple, too much sugar and a stomachache!  I get weird cravings for them every now and then.  Glad to hear I'm not the only one who randomly thinks of them! :-)
