The last 10 pounds in 6 weeks??

I havebeen doing well with my weight loss.  Down to about 130 from 146.  Now I really want to kick it up a notch and lose those last 10 pounds!  Ideally it would be in the 6 weeks I have until I go to Vegas with 3 younger, skinnier chicks (HAHA!)... In fact I'd even settle for 5 by then. 

But... I know EXACTLY what to do - yet I can't seem to do it!  I poured myself some water 4 hours ago.. and haven't drank it!

Arggghhhh.  Will this battle never ever end? 

I know it's about clothing size and feeling good and being fit and ALL OF THAT.  I work out a lot (I am a personal trainer) - so that part is easy.  If you just looked at my limbs - I look great!  BUt it's the fat over top of my muscle in the core area esp that is saboutaging my looks.  Sigh.  It's poor eating habits.

What can I do to lose 5 or 10 in 6 weeks!  Help!

Hey I am in the same boat.  I would like to be down to my 145 goal by the time we leave for Passover coming up in April.  I had a major fall back the last couple of weeks and now am back in the game.  I worked out hard the end of last week and am working on it this week.  I was up until last night and this morning.  I have been incorporating a lot of fiber (well actually the amount you should have at least lol).  I bloated up the first few days.  Yesterday morning I got on the scale and I was 155...that night figuring I would be at least the same or higher I was actually down to 154.  Then I got on this morning and I was down to 153.  I know alot of it was just bloating up from my body getting use to having the fiber again.  I hadn't been paying too close attention to it lately.  Try out watching your fiber intake.  Your suppose to have 24 grams a day.  If you are logging your food you can check your fiber intake from you analysis page.  I wish you luck and hope we both reach our goals.  :)
Thanks for the tip... I am sure I am missing fibre.  I will get on that tomorrow for sure.  Why is it though that I am at the gym on the treadmill thinking about hitting McDonalds on the way home for a hamburger?  what is up with that???  I didn't by the way!

And yes... lets both hit our goals!
Now that I think of it.. is the LAST 10 lbs in 6 weeks even possible?
