Due to my work schedule, I don't get time for a morning snack, so I make really filling breakfasts to keep me from getting hungry.

Today I made the best, most filling one so far. Here's what I had:

-1 cup Swiss Miss Diet hot chocolate: 25 calories.

-1/4 cup oatmeal, with Walden Farms calorie free maple syrup: 75 calories.

-3/4 cup canned pumpkin, with Splenda and pumpkin pie spices: 75 calories.

-Another Swiss Miss cocoa: 25 calories.

200 total, and I was pleasantly full 'till lunch. What's your most filling breakfast, for the smallest number of calories?

I always have heard you should get around 1/3 your calories in at breakfast. Regardless 200 calories would last me 5 minutes of being full. I think that breakfast should contain whole grains, protein, fat and usually some fruit.I read oatmeal though is one of the best for being satisified.
Normally I make 1/2 cup oats (150) in 1 cup water and when it is almost done stir in 1/4 cup pumpkin (20). Then I will add sweetener, cinnamon and 1/3 cup fiber one (40). Aroudn 250 cals for breakfast once I add in the creamer for my coffee as well. Then i just chug water.

White Tea - 0 calories but since it has caffeine, it curbs my appetite.

1/2 cup fiber one cereal with 1/2 cup plain non fat no sugar yogurt (Danon) - 60 + 55 = 115 calories

1/2 grapefruit - 40 calories and 1 Arnold double fiber toast with 1 packet of splenda and cinamon

under 300 calories but very filling!

Wow 200 calories keeps you full untill lunch?

My usual breakfast is around 300 calories, oatmeal, then I have something around 200 calories around 10 am, then I eat lunch 300-400 calories around 12. If I work out in the morning I'll also have 2 cups of Low Fat Chocolate milk.
