Is it ever too late to exercise?
Sometimes I get the urge to exercise at night, 9pm sometimes even 10pm and later. Is this normal? It can happen if I have exercised or not during the day. Can exercising late in the day be bad or harmful? I know this seems like a stupid question but I'm just not sure. Thanks!
Other than messing up your sleep patterns, there's no problem. If you're not going to sleep anyways, go ahead and exercise. =)

Exercise no matter when you can fit it in, is beneficial to your health! Some people find that they get revved up after exercise which is why a lot of experts say do not do it 2 to 3 hours before going to bed... but if you are not affected but this then go for it! Sometimes I get more tired after my work out and sleep amazingly!!!
What they said! I love running at night, and it doesn't cause any problems as long as I get done with an hour or more to decompress afterward.
I'm most active and awake at night. I exercise usually at Midnight, sometimes later. It doesn't make me hyper afterwards, so after I take a long, hot shower, I snuggle in bed and fall asleep. =0]
I usually do my exercises at night. I sleep pretty late so I have never experienced any problems. ;)
