Late night cravings

 So far I've lost 35 pounds and have gained a lot of discipline at the dinner table i never had before. The one thing that i struggle with daily is those late night cravings. I was wondering does anybody else find them self lusting a salty snack at 930 or 10 pm lol. Also looking for tips to stop this madness.

Hi, Randall~  Yes, I'm in the same boat.  I'm a little stunned when I look at my food log and see the calories I'm adding after I've supposedly brushed my teeth for the night!   I don't crave salty, but sweet.  Two things I'm doing right now: having sliced watermelon cut and ready to snack on, and having a 25 calorie hot chocolate.   I've also have had a 150 calorie Fiber One peanut butter and oaks bar in the evening - if you've got the calories to spare, that is pretty salty/sweet.  Geez, just wish the Sandman would come on time and I could fall asleep before these cravings kick in.

yeah me too.. always want to eat after hours! damn it! sometimes i try to eat dinner late so i won't want anything else.. it works sometimes but i don't think eating late is good for you!

I always have late night cravings! I just make sure I have calories left over so I can have a few snacks at night. Rice cakes are a little salty...or I personally love the 100 calorie microwave popcorn bags. Jolly time's are pretty good and I think they are actually 90 cals! Congrats and Good luck.
