Lately, given up.
Lately, i have felt like I can eat anything and lay around lazy all week and I know I CANT! I am gaining so much wait and becoming dpressed . I still eat and eat and Ive gone far off track and I feel terrible. THis happen to you?
Of course, you are going to have your ups and downs. I just got out of a rut and the key is to say from this point on... don't do the whole "Ill start back up tomorrow..." Do it now! If you feel like you are over eating: take a walk, brush your teeth, eat some veggies, drink a ton of water, whatever, until you feel like you've overcome that urge. You can do this! It's one obstacle at a time.
I also find that a little cardio usually can wipe away any minor depression (for me) in the day. Nothing like a swift kick of endorphins in your rear to make you perk up. Good luck!
I hear ya. I haven't started my binge eating yet but if by any chance you read my JUST posted bulletin titled "starving and frustrated" you'd see that I'm about 1 meal away from being exactly where you are. Maybe we can offer one another support. I hear ya about the depression. Right now a bottle of wine and a cheeseburger is calling my name although I'm trying to tell myself that it will just make me even less happy tomorrow.
I'm here if you wanta chat, create a new goal together or whatever.
Yes, it happens all the time. I find that hard workouts really help to clear my mind and boost confidence. I bet it'll help you too. Hit the treadmill for as long as you can, and i bet you feel better.
I made up a mini challenge for myself. I am going to log 60 mins of exercise every day for 30 days. I'm on day 9. Whenever I start feeling like the eating thing isn't working for me, I remind myself that my focus right now is on the exercise. I still eat good and watch my calories but it can't get me down. Does that make sense?
LOL sure! everyone gets like that! there will be days of eating & days of being just plain lazy. that's no big deal. just don't have too many of them all in a row, because it will be harder to start eating right & exercising again.
sometimes we ALL just need a break. :D
did that when I first started logging on this website....just relax don't get depressed about it, continue to drink water, do a little walking if you feel like it....then when you are over it....start all over again....
It happens to all of us. I'm having trouble just getting started right now! I'm at my all-time high non-pregnant weight.

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
