So thanks to this site I have now discovered laughing cow cheese! It was like Christmas when I finally found it! I love this stuff!

I was just wondering what you use it on / with?

Just looking for ideas to use it like for snacks / meals?

Take one whole-grain Kangaroo pocket and put it in the toaster to get all warm and crispy on the outside. Then put one wedge of laughing cow into the pocket and squish it to spread it out. MMMMMM... it's like a grilled cheese sandwich but with great food value.! I also like it spread on a warm bagel. I think it's best treated like cream cheese spread. :)

I second this motion! I do this often with flat out wraps and laughing cow cheese. So gooey and delicious. Also on a side note: I put refried beans and salsa a lot on flat out wraps toasted with onions and jalapenos. Yumm

I like asparagus and laughing cow cheese sandwiches:  1 slice dark rye bread, 8 asparagus spears, 1 wedge laughing cow cheese .5 ounce turkey.  I make it open face with the turkey on top and press it in my George Forman grill.  It's got about 150 calories and is very tasty.  I'm now toying with the idea that I could make my own flavored/herbed cheese--especially now that the summer is coming up.  Delicious!

I love it too!

I eat it with turkey pepperoni(17 pieces) with one triangle of cheese.

I second the spread on La Tortilla Factory wraps, a little turkey, tomato and spinach, perfect sandwich.

I eat it with celery, carrots and apples.  My friend eats it with almonds.

Spread on an English muffin.  Or on Wheat Thins Fiber Select crackers.

Turkey slices with it in the middle for a roll-up..a little spinach too.

Now, I am going to try the pasta thing....
