I saw that there're Pringle Light and Lay's Light which have 50% less calories and o fat.
Are they good??? I have herd that they use Olestra and it's not good to your body but I mean....50% less calories is kinda tempting...

Yea they're pretty tasty, but if you eat too many of them you'll get sick because of the Olestra, so be careful.
Olestra can cause loose stools and anal leakage!!!  It has a warning right on the package I believe.  I won't touch that with a 10 foot pole.  I would prefer to have just a few of the real thing.
I didn't get sick and I ate tons... Affects everyone differently I guess.

I don't know about lays light, but I tried Pringle Light and they're really good. I had the sour cream and onion kind. I would eat half a serving for part of a snack or a dessert-- only 35 calories! After a while it felt like a splurge when I ate a whole 70 calorie serving. =3 Got sick of the taste after two cylinders though (but they did last me a long time).

I eat the Pringles Fat Free/Light Sour Cream and Onion chips (14 crisps = 70 calories) at least 2X a week either with a sandwich at lunch or as a salty snack.  I LOVE PRINGLES and am sooo happy that they have attempted a more healthy option.  It probably saves me from wanting the regulars.  As with all "light/fat free" foods there is a slight taste difference, but in my opinion they are still yummy!  I have NEVER had any side effects from eating them..I am happy to have my "tastes like I'm being bad" chip to fall back on!

I eat light lays all the time. A bag from Subway is only 75 calories and SO tasty! Never had a problem before! Eat up!
the lays light are delish....i didnt know about the anal leakage thing....but i can definately say i never experienced anal leakage after eating them (or ever at any other time for that matter, thank god).
Its just like aspartame and splenda, it affects everyone differently. At my old job, I had people returning it because their husbands/wives were having bowel problems constantly while eating them. On the other hand, me and my friend tried them in Florida, loved them, and neither of us have had any problems since and that was a year ago.
I eat Pringles light every day and have never gotten sick or had bowel problems because of it.  They are so tasty and I love the fact that I can eat 14 of them for just 70 calories and no fat.
uhm.....i think if it's worth trying then...i might just check them out.
Thanks to all opinions!!

I do not know how the lights taste, but you all got me curious. Now I gotta get some. I also like the idea, that pringles now come in a 100 calorie packs. Just as many other snacks are now doing. Whoo hoooooooooo!!! I have no idea, why I didn't try "The Diet Classic" (what i call it) plan years ago = Calorie Counting. How foolish I have been! Sure wasted alot of time, engery, and money. Not, anymore!!! Laughing

ps: with all the new 100 calorie snacks out there? can we make a meal just on that???...ha! JUST kidding!!! WinkWink
