I am so lazy I even copied this list.

1. History with weight loss:   None

2. History with Calorie Count:   none
3. Reason for joining this group:   lose weight so I can get up from a chair when my butt is lower than my knees
4. Some interesting details about yourself, such as your job, your family, your pets and your interests:   I have been re-tired for a few years.

I have one small female dog who thinks she is mine a lot of the time.  That might be partially due to the fact I only have a spring holeding the door shut.  She knows she can get in here anytime the weather turns bad,  When she is here I can't go out of the house without her following me.  She hears me getting dressed and that means I am going out.  Could that be because I scratch her back so much>:)

As for me, I am 71years old last june.  Do to my not being able to walk very far I can't enjoy one of my favorite pass times, fishing.    It is only less than a tenth of a mile to the river.  It is only about 500 to the garden where I spend 6 to 10 hours a day when my health is right.  I use a walker because I stumble and fall down so eaisly.  I stop and sit on the walker 3 times on my way to the garden.  I work at quite a relaxed pace so my blood pressure stays below 130.  This spring I had so much trouble with respritory problems and due to a bad back I spent two or three months in bed. I couldn't stay vertical long enough to take my bp but fought through that pain because my bp has a lot of spikes which go to high.  my watch shows me the heart rate so I don't work to hard.  Enough about me.  I would like to see what you all suggest I do to lose weight which is 235 with me at 5foot 6.  I am lucky I have a bowflex which really belongs to my grandson m but I have an extra room ahich as our workout room.  I use it but obvisly not enough,Smile
