Hi all!

I just wanted to bragg a little! I am sooooo happy! As of today I have lost 20 lb and feel AWESOME!! Counting calories really works and for the first time ever I am sticking to my new regimen! I started August 21st and today I made the 20 lb mark! Yihaa! I am never hungry or feel deprived. It's fun, it's yummy, it's easy!

So good luck to all of you! We can really do it and we will!!!

Congratulations! What an awesome accomplishment. A 20 lb loss is HUGE! good for you to sticking to your regimen and doing it smartly so you don't feel like you're missing out. Your success is inspiring. :)

that's so fast; how did you do it?  This site tells me it'll take until March to lose 20 lbs. so I get discouraged.  Congrats.  I am starting today...1200 calories a day max...and exercise as often as I can.Undecided

I know how hard is to lose a pound. I have lose 25 pounds in 5 month counting calories (1200 a day). I really works! I notice that you loss 20 pounds kind of quick, but we all lose wieght at a different rate. Do not stop eating because you will gain the weight back. Eat every day the amount of calories they tell you and you will still lose weight. That is how I have done it. WELL DONE!!!

Congratulations!  I have only lost 1 lb in 11 days.  It will be slow going (I want to go from 168-148), but your success is an inspiration.

Keep at it and I will, too.

P.S. How much exercising are you doing??  I can't get to it too often (single mom w/ 2 jobs).

Great job!!  Give yourself a HUGE pat on the back!!  This is a big milestone - keep up the awesome work!

I, too, am down 21 lbs since mid-July/August and I did a happy dance over the weekend!  Tongue out
