1 lb hamburger + 1.25 lb lamb = 1.4 lb cooked? calories?

I should have calculated this first and a bit better, but I didnt.

I started with 1 lb 85% hamburger and 1.25 lb ground lamb ( % fat idk) and the cooked product equals 1.4 lbs. I only added a tiny bit amount of onion and spices, so nothing else of any weight. I'm trying to figure it into a serving size of whatever ounces I pick for easy weigh and log.

A few questions:

Anyone know if lamb cooks out more fat than hamburger? I see meats on the food browser and I would like the calculations just a bit more accurate (they are all over the place) so does anyone have a set item they use for maybe a similar meatloaf ? I should be able to remove the nutitrional information from the egg/bread crumbs. I still have the fat in the pan, should I weigh the fat and somehow factor that in (or out rather) ?

Thanks :)
