5"4 129lb want to lose 9lbs anyone the same?

Hi everyone!

Ive lost 14lbs over the past 2 months, feel really good for it!I basically just want to lose a few more lbs and tone my tummy and arms a bit more, and be between a uk6 and a uk8! I'm currently a uk8, but they can be slightly tight! Ive been eating healthy(ish), doing cardio twice a week but I still have my moments when I want to binge! Its hard when you want ice cream, I miss it

oooohhh exactly the same stats! and pretty much exactly the same goal! rite now im just working to get to 125 first..have been for a while, but 120 is ideal, but only if my body lets me. What's some other stuff about u? reguarding eating, exercising etc.???

But my bmi would be 20.6, which is in the healthy range so I don't see why it is too low? 18 or below is underweight so I would still be in the healthy range at 20.6?Hi sourapple, well im eating pretty heathy all day, lots of fruit, soup and a low fat yoghurt then having a proper meal at tea, not always healthy though but always with veg but its my treat! then maybe having some more fruit, maybe a bar of dark chocolate in the evening and a slice of toast! I try to go out running 3 times per week, and do some sit-ups, the plank too! 

What are you doing regards diet exercise at the moment?

haha we sound very similar. i have oatmeal and a fat free yogurt almost every morning, a salad usually with turkey or something at lunch with an apple. then usually more yogurt for a snack..also a lot of nibbling on veggies after school. For dinner usually LOTS of salad plus whatever we have.. usually chicken, fish, or maybe pasta and i will just have a small amount. plus another veggie n maybe brown rice or couscous.  umm for exercise pretty similar.  last yr i went to the gym lots more but now i usually go at least once or twice on the week n once on the weekend.  usually run from 2-3.5 miles there, but i also have p.e. n run a mile 2 days a week in that.  i really need to do more weights! lately i have been going to the gym less then i would like to so when i do go if i dont do lots of cardio i feel as though i didnt get as good of a workout as i could have...but i'm working on that.  Sorry, i wrote alot!! 

oh yeah..and i also have soup for dinner about once or twice a week:) 

I am 5'4" and was at 129 when I first started Calorie Count.  I lost about 5 pounds and have kept it off pretty well.  I to want to get to 120, that is my goal.  I struggle with it all the time.  I just like sweets....  I just bought a Vita mix Blender and am hoping this helps me get really healthy and lost the last four lbs and keep them off. 

I say 120 is not a bad goal weight and it would sure make me feel better.

Im 5'4 and 137 lbs...i would do anything to be 129!!! there was one point where i actually lost 8 lbs...that was the most i ever lost. Why i stopped? i dont know!

Good for you, keep it up! im trying again for the 3rd time...i want to get to 115.

Sourapple, we are very similar! lol! I've been having the new shape yoghurts that have protein and fiber to keep you full, they seem to work a little anyway! I find apples together with diet coke fill me up when i'm hungry between meals!Jbartl, you're sooo lucky starting off at 129, you seem like you're almost at 120, it seems to be so hard shifting the last few lbs! Yeah, I didn't think 120 was a bad weight at all, according to the bmi calculator anyway! Jay, don't worry hun I was 143 (which is most i've EVER been) about 10 weeks ago, which made me do something about it! You are less than that, it won't take you long at all! I dont know about all of you, but I find it hardest when ppl around me are eating cakes and puddings, its so hard to be healthy!

My uk10's were starting to get tights, it was hell finding anything to wear cos i hardly fitted anything that I had! That was about 2 months ago, although I lost it in about 5 weeks I think. It feels good to be a size 8, I would like to be a 6 but I would need to see what that size looks on me as i havnt been that size since I was 16.

how is 120 lbs at 5'4" too low???

heres my weigh history...i didnt really start off at 129.  So , i started off at 150 last february and got down to 125 in june...but my doc said i lost it to fast so i needed to gain like 5 pounds back(this was in august).  But that was like three months ago and i have lost nothing since then and actually gained a few...but i agree...We can do this!!

Yeah, i've been stuck at 129 for a few weeks, think I need to change my fitness or something!:(

Hi there, i am the same height as you. about 10 months ago i was around 118-120 and then suddenly i started to gain weight, im now about 15 lbs more. I really think its like my body is just not comfortable at a certain weight. So don't stress it if it seems like you can't go as low as you want without making yourself go crazy. I mean i developed an ED mentality trying to keep my weight around 120 following a really, really restrictive diet, and as soon as i decided to start eating like a normal person (since this was destroying my social life and relationships--- and believe me i still do not have the treats i want!) i suddenly started to gain weight...

they say building muscle can help boost your metabolism so maybe that can help you out there. i myself do mostly cardio so i will see if working with some weights will help me out, but from now on i am not stressing it... if my body wants to be around a certain weight so be it, as long as i dont gain anymore!

hey I'm almost 5'4 (5'3.5'') and 129! My goal is 115-120 (I want a range cuz my weight fluctuates lots) So I'm almost just like you!
