5 lbs for a friend's wedding

Hey friends,

I've been kind of MIA for the last two months...  I broke up with my boyfriend in April, which has been a drag, and kind of lost motivation for the weight-loss.  However, thanks to God, I haven't gained that much weight back (about 3 lbs?).  I'm going to a friend's wedding in a month, and am going to see several people who I haven't seen since I was 20 lbs. lighter.  My goal is to lose 5 lbs. by the wedding.  I won't look the same as they remember me, but I'LL know the difference :) and choose to be proud of it.

Just about me: I've been pretty sad lately.  I don't like to give myself permission to cry, especially since it's already been 3 months since the breakup, and I feel like I should be over it by now...  I've been praying a lot, and am trying to get back on track with work, housecleaning, etc.  Now I guess it's time to get back on track with weight-loss.  The wedding is really just a motivater for me to get back on board, because I know I need to get back on board anyway.
