99lbs

So Ive been lurking a lot...whos this 99lb person? and does he spam all the women? I just received a PM from someone with the same looking avatar I am wonderin if this is him.

Dont care too much but can moderators figure out if all the usernames are the same person and delete them?

I don't know for sure, but I would think that they could access their IP address, so unless he is using two different computers in two different locations, then they would be able to tell if it's the same guy.

Who knows though.. I'm sure he'll get bored with spamming eventually.

Couldn't find the post, but I recall some other young lady who complained about someone making several ID (all with rap star avatars) and PM'ing her multiple times.  

Someone really does need to make this stop somehow. 

To be fair, we have no proof at all that 99 lbs. is the other likely sock puppets.

And if the moderators had proof of said sockpuppetry, I think you'd see some users disappear.

The weight... Blah. The user name 99lbs is a troll/new member? Stalker of women? I dunno. I just recently started seeing threads/responses by that user. ( Yesterday ) He could just be very young and misunderstood by us all. :) Either way: Being cautious and safe is better than having regrets.

He may need a strong male influence in his life.( The Father Figure Type. ) A mature adult who is interested in helping him, who can offer him guidance. He was having problems.. communicating .. with female members,imho.

I was in multiple forums today and some lady's figured out his game and trashed him. The jokes were funny but after the strong kill 99LBS went away with his tail between, if you know what i mean.

 IP address sounds like a good idea but would need to check the platform CC is using maybe not that easy.

well its not much of a bother to me but I was just wondering.

My "proof" is that on other sockpuppet threads, when someone has simply posted "99lbs?" the response from the puppet is "Who?"

Not "What?" or "Huh?" but "Who?"

And I'm not recreating the horror of the Who, What, and Why threads.

Reasonably, if someone had no idea about the poster 99lbs, they would not likely see 99lbs as a username. The question "who?" would not be a reasonable response unless they knew exactly what "99lbs" refers to.

I do like that they are mixing it up (using a female avatar), but they need to be a little more stealthy if they want to blend.

There are things that our site administrators can do to check and see if people are creating "sock puppet" accounts.  If anyone suspects a user of being a sock puppet, please either contact the administrators using the contact button at the very very bottom of your screen, or send a PM to one of our moderators and we will make sure that it gets looked into.
