Your first step should be to visit a doctor if you haven't already. You haven't stated your age or height, but 65lbs is very underweight even for someone who is short. You should not start a weight gain program if you have not first consulted with a doctor.

ahh, yeah..i'm 5'4.  i went to my family doctor -- very unhelpful as he just ended up screaming that the only way i could gain weight is through feeding tubes, but really..is that necessary?  i'm very determined to gain both weight & energy, but i do not feel that an inpatient clinic is my only choice..

hun GO STRAIGHT TO THE ER>......... you are so close to not being here to post this.. im so worried girl where are your family?

how can you stand up..

i am 163 and 32kg and i am on deaths door!

You're sub 5 stone and I'm amazed you're still with us.  Go to ER or Casualty because you're really ill and your heart could stop suddenly, any minute.  Your doctor wasn't being 'unhelpful' but trying to save your life..... funnily enough that's their job and they're quite good at it.  Inpatient and feeding tubes sounds like your only realistic chance of survival.
