Welcome Back Didason! Did the all inclusive meet all expectations? My hubby and I dream of a vacation (w/o kids) and we have really thought that would be the way to go - or a cruise - but I like the idea of parking my rear in the sand all day. Just dreaming right now tho : (
lbh - great job maintaining over the weekend! It's so much harder for me when I'm not in my weekday sche. esp. if friends are coming and going and the atmoshpere is social - have a hard time separating social & food. I did pretty well w/ 500+ def on fri/sat/sun but blew last night - too much wine! and only soso today - close to 500 but rain (my excuse) so no solid cardio only pilates. Mostly I feel good w/ my progess tho and that is motivating me for tomorrow.
I love those turkey burgers too - prediet I would add in some lipton dried soup mix and some feta cheese - YUM!
Not really looking forward to thurs but I'll be here ![]()
Good morning ladies!
OK I'm just gonna be the party pooper today...I was really excited to weigh in this morning and see where I stood, but I overslept and literally only had time to run through the shower, grab my bag of kashi and head out the door.
I've never tried the turkey burgers, but I've started adding some ground turkey instead of ground beef in the recipes I use at home and sometimes it works, sometimes I'd prefer the ground beef.
I fell at work Tuesday (I'm such a clutz) and worked out Tuesday night, which might not have been the best idea (I did only use the elliptical though, because I thought it was supposed to be lower impact). Yesterday my entire leg/knee that I had fallen on was hurting. Today it doesn't feel as bad, but I'm almost nervous to try. I'd been working hard on getting up to my 5K, but now I haven't ran since Saturday.

started taking measurements last week tho and saw some inches go down - I'll hold on to that for now
Arrggghh I'm stuck at 180 for the last three weeks! Any tips on how to jumpstart/restart the weightloss again?
