120 lbs goal for June 12 ( my prom ) :]
Hey, my nickname is Ali- short for Alexandra. My goal is to be 120lbs by the time prom rolls around (June 12th). I'm petite size and eat really healthy, but then I eat enough for two persons... So right now I'm at 131lbs.
In order to reach my goal of 120lbs by prom I've laid out a plan to work out five days a week [3 strength workouts, 2 cardio ] and to eat around 1,200 calories each day. Because of the way my body is my weight changes pretty quickly so although it's possible an "unrealistic goal" I ought to be able to do it. :]
Ahhhh yeah! So I was hoping to find a partner or a couple of people who I could cheer on and complain with about diets till my prom- most likely will continue being on after too cuz i wanna make 120 permanent.

Happy to lend a hand, I only have about 10 lbs left I need to loose but if you need a push or a shoulder not a problem. My first concern is the 1200 Calories if you are working out 3 strength workouts, 2 cardio you would need to increase your calories that day and eat more than 1200? Your body needs 1200 to work properly each day. If you work to hard your body will shock?

I'd love to lend a hand. I'm 122-3 lb, and my current goal is 115lb, but when I get there I'd probably like to lose a bit more!
By goal date's around the same time so we can bat it out together.
Your work out sound good, what are you planning for them? At the moment I run quite a lot, but I'm starting to think it's not enough and I'd love to hear what you're doing.
Also, I've cut all raw cane sugar in the hopes it may speed up the process!
