80lbs are gone I'm In Maintenance Now.

MY Thank you...

For any new members, I have gone from 220+ lbs to my current weight of 139lbs...

First,

Calorie Count (Erik/Igor) Thank you.

Second,

My Calorie Count Friends.... Ha, you know who you are. :)

Third,

Me... My determination.  (What else) oh, ok...

Commitment, failure, reassurance... all of it.

It's been a long haul, with up's down and more down's then up's.

I want to reinforce that it is possible.  I never thought it was possible.  I mean NEVER.

Well, It is POSSIBLE... It is POSSIBLE.  Hands down, POSSIBLE.

I want to express thanks to all the people who have helped me through this journey.  I will commit myself to be healthy and continue to support everyone with their journey.
