Weight is 115
Goal weight is like 100 but I want to lose 5 by April cause it's my bday and my "physical exam" so i dont want the scale to say that I gaind 15 pounds in 1 yr! (last year I gained 10)
Please help me because my bmi is 22 and that means i am overweight or at risk of being overweight.
