190lbs group
There seems to be groups popping up all over the place for people of certain weight groups so I thought I would put a post here for us who don't quite fit in the over 200lbs groups or any of the other groups!
I'm 5'8" and 194lbs. I started at 198lbs and have lost 4lbs this past week! (It was my first week!)
Hoping to get down to at least 173lbs by Aug 1st!

I'm at 193.5, down 8.5 lbs in 5.5 weeks.
(There used to be a 190s club somewhere but I think it sank into the bottom of the board.)
I don't have a set goal date; I just want to lose as much weight as I can in a healthy manner. (My final goal is 119 for a 5'2" small frame.) But I'm looking forward to joining the 180s club!

This is my first week as a member of calorie-count. I decided to join because I needed some extra accountability. I have been on this weight loss journey for almost 20 months and lost the first 50lbs on my own. Now I need some support.
Last week I finally broke the 200lb mark. Since joining I have continued to loses and as of today I am 196!
My current goal is 175 by July 21st (I have an event, involving family, to attend). Once I hit 175 I will re-evaluate my health and my body. I think my ultimate goal would be 160...

Pompey - I too am looking forward to joining the 180's! Hopefully soon although the scales aren't moving this week (My official weigh in is Monday so I still have 3 days to go!

Started jogging today, even though I hate it.

Well, I did my Sunday weigh in and I am now Officially in the 180 lbs club. Weight is now 188 and I expect to see all of you joining me soon.

I was 191 on Friday and now I'm back to 193.5. It was a very bad weekend.

I was really looking forward to losing some more weight this past week and getting closer to the 180's group :P but alas I am still (Grrrrrrr) 194lbs!
I am already on 1800 for todays cals but then I am working a night shift and that includes stuff to keep me going! Hopefully do better next week!

well.. i was in the 180's club =(.. was down @ 184.. now i am back up to 197.5.. took the winter off.. boy was that a mistake =(.. back on it hard core again now though.. Started last night on the Cardio. Counted my calories today. Hoping to be in the 180's club again in june.. Wish me luck!!
me being @ 197.5 is Horrible for my size.. i am 5'3" and 28. But i did just have a baby not tooo long agon ( i kinda of stretch the tooo because he is 2) ;).. enough with my excuses.. im here to get healthier and back down to my weight before the baby. I am getting Married 08-08-2008 and hope to be @ 125-130 by then!!

I squarely belong here now, even my trend is in the 190s. I'm 198 today and would like to be at 194 by June 1st. I'm being easy on myself because my mother is coming on Wednesday to stay with me for two weeks, and even though she is pretty health conscious, and isn't into sabotaging, it still means a break in my routine and having to take someone else's eating habits into account. Luckily she wants to go to the gym, so that should help us both :-)
Good luck everyone, and congratulations to those who are moving on to the 180s club. It'll probably take me 3 months to get there! Oh well, as long as I don't move up...

I just weighed in at 195 today, so I want to join the club. I was stuck at 199 for a couple weeks and was so FRUSTRATED, but now I think I've broken the 200's and will be in the 190s for a bit now. hopefully not too long though!
I sincerely hope to be joining this group in the next week or so ... at 201 and some ounces right now ...
I'm at 191 down from 206 about 5 weeks ago. I'm really hoping to be a part of the 180s soon!

How many calories are you all on? I started on 1500 but this week I am trying to keep it a bit lower at maybe 1300 as my activity is a bit more sedentary than light. Next week I am starting my (final - yay!) placement and so I will be on my feet for 7.5hours a day, 4x week so then I'll go back to 1500cals!

Hi. It's Friday and I'm good today. Hope to get some good, distance (for me) walking in this weekend to help the cause. At 194.5, I'm right in the middle of this group. And like everyone else here I'm looking forward to the 180s group. :)
Today is my first day on this site. I started my calorie counting and exercising on Monday. I currently weigh 198. My ideal goal is to be at 130, which is healthy for my 5'4 frame.
hello everyone! I am planning on leaving you al soon heehee! This week I weighed in at 191 and so hopefully next week I will be 189! That would be soooo cool!
