5 lbs by Halloween Challenge! *MONDAY WEIGH-INS*
You know you've wanted to lose those pesky 5 lbs for the longest time. Whether you'll continue losing afterwards, or need to get them off to start maintaining your weight, 5 lbs by Halloween is a totally attainable goal!

He's getting OLD THOUGH 16! My mom has a nice little quarter horse yearling I might get. She's a bay! It would be nice not to have to wash so much stinking whiteness when I show!

Today I ate just under 1500 cals and did a step aerobics dvd. I was supposed to do upper body but I went to my bro's football game so I will do that tomarrow.

I have been having really bad eating habits lately so I'm hoping I can get on track and stay on track. I'm also begining my work out routine of 3-5 times a week. I hope everyone does well.![]()
just wanted to welcome all the new members to this group :) as for me, my weight is hovering over 109 lbs.. it's like my plateau at 110 lbs is teasing me, ha.. but i won't give up just yet!

So, what is everyone doing today to keep on track? I went running this morning in preparation for my 5k on Saturday. I think for a first 5k I should do pretty well (I hope).
Last night I totally overate which isn't that common for me on a weekday (esp. Monday). I usually overeat on the weekend. Maybe my body was confused since I was actually good this weekend for the first time in a while. Anyway, I am pretty disappointed in myself because of it. I will not repeat that mistake any time soon. I really want to lose a few more pounds and then keep them off.

I am reporting in today. So far success.
I ate around 1400 calories. Did a step aerobics dvd and lifted upper body.
YEAH
Well I'm happy to say I haven't gone over my calorie limit today. I've been trying to stay at or real close to 1500, but today is the first day I didn't go over at all. Yay me! lol Yesterday I spent 45 minutes on the elliptical and I wasn't too much over on my calories so i guess i'm ok. And today I walked a mile with my kids (they're 2 years and 6 weeks so I was pushing them in their stroller) and jumped on my trampoline for around 15-20 minutes. My legs hurt today from the elliptical yesterday but hopefully I'll be able to get back on it by tomorrow.
