5 lbs by Halloween Challenge! *MONDAY WEIGH-INS*

You know you've wanted to lose those pesky 5 lbs for the longest time. Whether you'll continue losing afterwards, or need to get them off to start maintaining your weight, 5 lbs by Halloween is a totally attainable goal!

I missed weigh-in day yesterday but I don't have anything good to report.

last week: 145ish

this week: 145.8

goal: 140 AGAIN!

 

I weighed in yesterday but my computer was on the fritz soo I am reporting today.

Height: 5' 8"

SW" 148

CW: 146.2

YEAH, 0.8 los this week, not huge but better than the other direction!

I had a pretty good week, except a few beers on sat. night and then dairy queen on sun, but no binging like I typically do on the weekends.  Slow and steady definately is the way to go!

I weighed in last night at the gym.  I have lost 1.8 pounds since last sunday.  Hurray!!

I feel like my metabolism is kicking back in.  Hope everyone is having a good week.

Well I hydrated myself all yesterday and decided to do a weigh in this morning to see where I really am and I weighed in at 143.8 so basically I haven't really gained or lost much. Due to so much going on with school for the next couple of weeks I won't be able to work out asregularly as I'd like so I have to stay on track with my eating.

Weighed myself at the gym last night..won't be going tonight so i'll enter that weight here..

SW: 142.5

I'm not sure if I trust this new weight.  I didn't drink much water saturday and i weighed myself sunday, i could have been a bit dehydrated..does that mean I would have weighed less because I thought I'd weigh more due to water retention?  That's what I thought usually happens when you don't drink enough..water retention?  Can anyone help me with this because it's confusing me.  If the weight is true, i lost 2.2 pounds in a week and i've only had about a 500 or less calorie deficit each day this week (i've definitely been eating more than enough).  Anybody have any clue?

I was wicked bad over the weekend (it was a vacation and everyone kept going out to get food, and I tagged along until the wee hours of the morning. My Friday weight was: 180.6 - not too bad for a "bad" weekend though!)

I would like to join! I am going to be Amy Winehouse for Halloween, (scary, I know! =), but am totally motivated to lose those last 5lbs!

I was 115 on Thursday, but when I have "cheat" days, I usually go big.... this weekend was no exception. Started on Friday with a blasted birthday lunch at work, sushi on Sat. and SF (sourdough and clam chowder! mmmm) on Sunday...  Back on the program today though! Good luck to all! Let's do this! =)

I don't know what's going on with the stupid scale, but I don't feel like I'm 165. And I'm averaging a 700 cal deficit every day. I'll check measurements tomorrow just to make sure I'm not crazy, because I just got my Halloween costume in the mail (Rainbow Brite) and the skirt is super short. Can you say Motivation?

I have no idea what's going on - this is my first week of dieting and I'm just not getting off to a good start.   Its TTOM for me right now, and my starting weight was taken at 7 in the morning while my current was taken at 5:30 in the evening, so hopefully that explains the big discrepancies.  I'm going to start weighing myself in the mornings only from now on I guess.
