Count me in... that is right in line with my goal already. I am 223 right now. 213 by halloween!

I'm definitely in! I don't know what my current weight is (got over obsessive with the scale and have been "sober" for about a week or two.. I'll weigh just to check soon) but I'm assuming it's around 140. So 130 by Halloween? Perfect!

And mardii, i havent weighed myself in a looong time, either. im waiting until AFTER i go shopping for new clothes becuase i dont want to be in a bad mood when im trying things on. haha.

Yeah! i am totaly in! wooo hooo. ok so right now im about 129 and thats if my scale is right. (if its wrong i sure hope i weigh less and not more! eeeeeek) ok so that would be about 119 and that would be a great weight! so yeah we should keep eachother posted!

I know what you mean. I was weighing myself at least once or twice per day, so I figured I should stop. Then TTOM visited so I was bloated and didn't want to know what that added up to. But I just went school shopping today and was actually pretty excited. :) Smallest clothes I've been in for a long time. So 10 lbs -- or even merely toning up -- will be that much better!

I'm 5'6" and 140 pounds right now and would like to be 130 pounds.
Are you guys gonna be in school? I am trying to make some good meals now, its gonna be so wierd only have 3 large meals and not six small ones.

I do yoga and light cardio every day and on alternating days I do pilates and weight training. But it's all fairly light exercise. And I'm trying to keep my calories in the 1300-1500 range (my RMR is around 1600).
So how often should we weigh in? every friday perhaps?
I'd like to try this, though it will probably be impossible. I'm 5'9, 117 lbs and I'd like to get down to 107 lbs so that I can fit comfortably into my halloween dress I ordered from ebay a few sizes too small. Of course, after losing all the weight I'll probably gorge on Halloween candy but whatever.
