The lowest healthy body weight for you is 118. I don't know hot
that test arrived at that conclusion. But obvioulsy as you lose
more, you want to try to convert some muscle to fat (or replace one
with the other). You might need to do some weight-lifting
to improve your fat/muscle ratio.
I agree you need to start building up your muslce percentage not worrying about the numbers on the scale. Its your lean muscle that needs to be upped not your weight decreased.
Agreed plus you may want to recheck your measurements. Your waist measurement seems high to me for your weight.
For women, you take 95 lbs, and add 4 X #inches over 5 ft.
95 + 4 (6 inches - You!) = 119 lbs. Then it varies per person! As you lose, get your bodyfat % tested a couple times, and see what you wind up with at 20%, or so!
Hope that helps!

If that last were true I'd have to weigh 105. I can't weigh 105 period, I've never been below 120, and people thought I was anorexic at that weight.
I sort of learned that for people - (maybe just for medium frame?) that you take 105 and add 5lbs per inch. That'd put me at at least 117.5 and then since I can't weigh that little either (its scary that I have to weigh so much actually)
because being 20lbs above what you said for your formula would make it seem like I am really overweight when really I am not.

Thats odd. Then I guess I must be extremely obese. Im 109 pounds, 5'4 and about 30-31 inches around the waist.
I would suggest stop looking at the scale. When I got done basic training i was 170 pounds. I was in a size six jeans though. The skinniest I have ever been. I was in a size twelve jeans when i was 152 pounds when I was trying t loose weight to get in the army. I think weight is very deceptive. You should go more by your body fat % or how your jeans fit muscle to fat ratio stuff like that.
blackcrane - be careful of your math ! it's suppsed to be 4 to 5 pounds PER inch over 5 feet - at 5'6" that gives you 24 to 30 pounds to ADD to the 95-105 pounds which would equal 119 to 135 ! (the safe range for your height)
at 132 you are at a perfectfly acceptable weight !

I wouldn't take those test results with a grain of salt. I have done those before and they said my body fat % was 31.3% but when I had my body fat % done at my gym with those hand held electronic wave things, I was actually only 19% body fat. Now I have a hand held body caliper that I use at home and I am now 18.4%. Calculation body fat based on measurements is not accurate at all, some people are just proportion differently. I used a bf % calculator one time that looked at hip/waist ratio, and it had me classified as obese! I may not be happy with my weight at 133 5'4, but i'm definitely not obese, I'm not an hour glass figure, and my upper body bone structure is wider than my lower.
I think that test is getting the ideal weight numbers from the bf percentage of 31%. I have a hard time believing that you are 31% bodyfat at your current height and weight. It seems to high. Do you have any way of getting it testing without using measurements?
