Hello all,

I have been looking through the forums and all the cool 'loose by this date' posts are closed so I wanted to start a new one. According to the site this is a healthy goal if starting throughout the month of September. So your first post should be your current height, weight, bmi and goal weight.

Check in to post sucess, frustration and whatever else you need to talk about to keep you on track.

Hoping for my first <200 weigh-in next week! 

We only have 8 weeks until the new year!!!  That's 8-16 lb loss potential for each one of us!  Buckle up and get ready for a smaller dress to wear to your New Year party!!

I'm at 175 today. I can't believe it! That's three pounds down from last week, making a total loss of 14 pounds since the start of this thread. Maybe I should revisit my goal of 170 by new years, since I'm only five pounds away!

themachine - NICE WORK!!!  You should reset your goal - you might hit 170 by Dec 1.  Keep it up!!
Hah! Perhaps! I must keep in mind that Thanksgiving is between here and then...

Ok, bad news for me today...I'm up 1 lb to 162 :(  I will admit though, I was really bad this weekend...horrible.  So I guess I should count my blessings, huh?  But I'm back on track now, and am not going to do that one again...

Hopefully, everyone else has wonderful news to report this fine Wednesday (only 8 days til thanksgiving!)

Down another  1 1/2 lbs.  Only 14 pounds to go to meet my new goal of 249.

I'm at 195 this week. It feels good to be under 200!!

Weighing in at 146 today, down one pound from last time.  Thanks for the support I got after the last post.  You guys helped me a lot.  I'm not quite back to my "pre-slump" routine, but I'm doing better.  I hope by next weigh-in day to be down more than just one pound!

44 lbs loss since start of thread

Ok, so apparently EVERYONE got thrown off by the long holiday...I'm at 159 now, only 10 lbs to go til a healthy BMI!  That was my weight as of last wednesday, so we'll see how the 4 days of no counting worked :)

Hope everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving!  Now its time to get back on track (if you got off track that is!  If not, CONGRATS!!!!!)

Ok, so I'm proud of myself!  I MAINTAINED!!  Even with thanksgiving, and Olive Garden on Sunday.  :) 

So I should be able to get 155 by the end of the year still.

Hmmm, 8 lbs in 4.5 weeks with Christmas in the middle?  It's possible.  I just have to keep working towards it!!!

I'm feeling so lonely here...has everyone left me?????

Anyway, I know its Monday, and that I didn't even post Wednesday, but I bought a new scale so now my weight is reading at 162.6.  Which is up about 3.5 lbs, but i know part of it is the scale.  However, the other part is my complete lack of dedication lately.  But starting today that changes.  I'm fortunate that my parents are going on Southbeach starting Saturday so Christmas will be easy to deal with.  And since I quit drinking about a year ago, new years will be simple too.

So today I changed up my diet, and upped my treadmill time to 30 minutes, and my pilates buns and thighs workout.  And tomorrow I'm going to do my pilates fat burning dvd followed by my pilates ab workout.  Hopefully I can do it...if not, it'll just mean a couple more weeks of my other ab workout.  And I have started weighing in everyday so I can keep an eye on my "trend".  I am a definite numbers person, so this will help I think.

Hopefully everyone else is doing well...

YEAH! People are back!

Well, this morning I was at 160.4.  We'll see if I can reach 155 by years end...but pry not, since there is only 18 days to go...that would be about a lb every 3 days.  I don't think its probable.
