I know that might not even be possible for me but it is a goal I can try to shoot for.  Who want to join me in the fight? 

Here is a little bit about me.  I'm a mostly SAHM of a 3 year old who has battled weight for along time.  I won and hit my goal last Christmas the stopped.  Over the last few months I gained back 15lbs.  I have lost 5 and have 10 more to go.  If I lose 5 more I can live with that. 

This is a life long battle that I can win!

I'm 38

My highest weight: 235

When I joined CC:  178

Now: 130

Goal 120 to be maintained with a 5lb cushion.

I would like to have a weigh in on Mondays.

  • Woohoo!! Finally broke beyond that "overweight" BMI mark, and back on track to hit my goal.  So excited.  Good luck everyone!  (started at 152.8 on May 11th.  5'3)

    Hello everyone!  Sorry I didn't weigh in last week, I was dying and my weight was all over the place from the surgery!  I didn't lose tons of weight like a lot of people do with a tonsillectomy, but I did manage to keep my calories up around 800-1000/day, which is still low but it was really hard to eat!  I know some people end up eating nothing for two weeks and I didn't want to do that.  I'm now aiming for 1200 and then as I add in exercise I'll increase to where I was at 1500 and hopefully I won't stall or gain anything.  As it stands, I'm down 7.2!  2.8 to go in 12 days!!  Good luck to everyone else!

    Hi Everyone, I haven't checked in in 2 weeks but I did keep track of my weight I have had a hard time but I'm trying to get back. I kinda messed up went to a wedding had alot to drink then it was ttom and had a family relative stay for a week and we ate alot of junk but looks like I only gained 1/2 pound but anyways I don't think I will make the goal by the 4th but I'm still going to try I'm starting a 10 day cleansing diet Wednesday and will be done with it on July 3rd so it could be possible for me to loose 6 or 7 pounds      &nb sp;

  • So I am hoping that since aunt flow came to visit I am just bloated and will show some sort of progress next week. It is frustrating seeing no results for 3 weeks... Good luck everyone 2 more weeks :) I will be stepping up the exercise

    I hit my 136 goal but then went on vacation/ttom and now I'm back up, also had sciatica injury and could not work out for a week... I'm hoping that now after my sciatica pain is gone and I'm back to my work out regimen, I will get to atleast 135 by July 4th... maybe even 134... my original goal won't be made ;( but I'll take a 7/8 pound loss. We'll see what happens, fingers crossed. Looks like everyone is doing really well, congrats to all who are making there goals! Awesome :)

    I have sucked, and not even weighed for a few weeks.  However, I got a heck of a good suprise today!  Here is where I am...hope its ok I am posting!

    I have been so afraid after my surgery that I had gained weight, but I stuck with the healthy habits, and I have lost weight!  I am so stoked!  I'm going to shoot for a total of 20 lbs lost by July 4th (that only another 4.8 lbs in 8 days, not sure i can do it but I'm gonna try!)

    I'm hoping that after ttom I will be a little smaller than 136, hopefully by july 4th I hit 134! that's my ultimate goal now, I am off by 7 pounds from what I had wanted to reach but that's okay, I had a terrible sciatica that left me unable to work out. So I cannot be too hard on myself. One of my goals along with losing weight is NOT to be too hard on myself and beat myself up for set backs, the positive is that I must be out of my 140's plateau for good! so now I gotta get to 130! So I can do it all over again ;) Congrats to all that are losing, it's inspiring! :)
