95lbs (43kgs) lost Before & After Pics

Hi I'm flabuless...I have been sulking around this site for quite some time now but I thought that it was about time I spoke up and shared my story in the hope that I may inspire someone here.  when I started on my journey I tipped the scale at 152kgs (334lbs) That was back in 2005 however over the past 2 years I have been slowly loosing the weight.  I am so excited today cause I met my mini goal of reaching a weight loss of 95lbs.  I have documented my journey in pictures on my blog site http://www.findingflabuless.com/Album for all that would like to see.  I have put myself down for so long but now that I look back at where I was from to what I am now I am actually proud of myself...hey all I can say is if I can do it then you can too...so don't loose hope even when you plateau just keep on plugging on.  You will get there...Eventually.  I still have a fair bit to loose...another 29kgs (63lbs) approx but I am over half way there now...and I know it wont be long.

Wow! Thanks guys I have had an amazing month...I hit a bit of a stump...and then earlier this week I decided to throw myself head first off a bridge!  (with an elastic tide around my ankles of course)  It was a terrifying experience...but very liberating.  You can see the pictures of my death defying bungy jump on my blog or photo album.  Hopefully after that it is all good from here...I mean I can do anything!

Well good things must be happening...I just got interviewed by another well known blogger at 'Back at Skinny Jeans'  If you can bear my Aussie/New Zealand Accent check out the podcasts. The links there will take you direct.

You see so many ppl unhappy with there weightloss..............cause its either not going fast enough or they are plateuing or whatever. You seem to have took everything in stride and really did it!

You look so so happy in your pics and you said you still have more to go but the change from the before pics to after is drastic. Pat yourself on the back you go girly.

I am happy and have so much energy...which is the biggest change...but still I want to lose a heap more and its hard sometimes to stay on track...at the moment I am really struggling so it does put a bit of a crimp in my outlook...still...I will get there.

yes...I looked a bit like an old hag at my biggest...now I am starting to look my age!...Finally!
