Man, this has been a good week for me weight loss wise. I've done my walking at work (other than Wednesday, that day was just CRAZY), but no other exercise so far. But I've lost 2 lbs, and broken into the 160's!!!

SW: 203.5

Last Week: 171.5

Current: 169.5!!!

I feel like doing a happy dance!

Yay for Joelle!  I know that mark has been taunting you for a while ... congratulations!

Well, this morning, I'm at 202.8 ... which is higher than my all time low, but I had gotten back up to almost 206, so that's about 3 pounds in a couple of weeks ... I'll take it.

My exercise is slacking this week though ... doing good to get in 15 mins per day.  I started a part-time job a couple of weeks ago, so Mon-Wed, I'm back sitting at a desk, and this THIS week, my days off have been spent at the DMV getting vehicles registered.  I built an exercise ticker but wow, it's such a sad little thing right now! ha ha!

Scale time again... and I've reached another goal! This morning the scale read EXACTLY 220 pounds. Which means I've lost 45 pounds since I started... hooray! Only 0.6 pound lighter than last Friday, but never mind... it's TOTM and my weight went up almost two pounds during the week so theoretically I gained and lost two pounds in the same week.

I forgot to check in last week.

#12 checking in

170.4 on 2/29

165.0 on 3/7

166.4 on 3/14

168.2 on 3/21

165.8 on 3/28

163.6 on 4/4

162.4 4/11 - today

Good luck everyone.

I am almost back to where I was 3 weeks ago.

Wow, looks like everyone is having a pretty great week!

I was at 221.8 this morning, but that is okay! I am down three pounds from where I was earlier this week. My low on the current scale was 219 on Good Friday, so I am looking for 218! I am really loving the bicycle. I did almost five miles on the bike a couple of days ago. I will try that again this weekend or Monday. Great work and congrats to everyone for being on board and acchieving and moving toward goals!!!

Hey everyone sorry I haven't posted more often. I weighed myself this morning.

4/8 154.4

4/14 153

loss for the week.........1.4 lbs!!!!

This is very exciting for me since I have been plateaued!! We walked a total of 29 miles last week. I walked 10 today. It takes us about 4 1/2 hours to walk that far. Maybe it is more like 4 I am not sure because we always stop halfway to eat lunch. So glad to hear that everyone is getting things back on track after a long winter!!

Well, I'm up 2 pounds this Friday, but it is TOM and I have had a STRESSFUL couple of days and like a bad girl, I comforted myself yesterday with an Almond Joy.

I hate the driver's license bureau and the Dept of Vital Statistics.  It is going to cost me almost $50 to get a "certified" copy of my birth certificate so I can get a driver's license.  Bleh.

I'm going to hope those 2 pounds aren't real, just water (I can get my rings on and off, but they are a little snug.) - I may sneak in here mid-week just to see how things are going ...

hope everyone has a GREAT weekend!!

I didn't make a lot of progress this week, I'm down half a pound to 169.0. I've been bad about snacking, we had leftover taco dip in the fridge, and well, I munched on that quite a bit. I also didn't exercise over the weekend last weekend. But I did get my bicycle down yesterday and took a good hard 30 min ride. It felt really good to be out in the fresh air.

Is anyone else in an area where they felt the earthquake this morning? I actually slept through it (we're about 4 hours fromt he epicenter) but lots of people at work this morning say it woke them up. My mom lives about two hours closer to it, and she's a light sleeper anyway, so she said she was up and running through the house before it even stopped shaking! She's also kinda a weather/stuff-like-this nut, so she immediately went online somewhere and made her report! She cracks me up, I love it!!

Last week - 220 pounds on the nose

This week (18th April) 219.2. It's been hovering at 219.something all week long and it's getting frustrating!

No loss to report for me this week, but no gain either, still right at the 169.0 mark. But, I'm actually pleased, because my eating has been a bit out of control this past 10 days or so. I had an entire bag of baked cheetos, a bag of fun sized twix, a bag of peanut butter M&M's, and a bag of Dove milk chocolates with carmel. Plus we ate out 3 times last weekend, we were both just too stressed and lazy to fix actual food or go shopping. (I'm studying for another, possibly my last, professional exam, DH is getting close to finals time and has a ton of papers and tests in his classes. Plus we're trying to plan out installing a new patio as soon as all this is over in a couple weeks.)

I've been trying to keep up with walking at work so I at least get a minimal amount of exercise in, but most of my spare time is spent studying, and will be for another 2.5 weeks. Plus I'm turning 28 next week, I'm not sure that's a number I'm ready for. But I don't have a choice, so I'll make the most of it. My Mom is coming up for a visit (she lives 2 hours away) and she, my sister, and I are doing a March of Dimes walk thingie tomorrow morning, I'm looking forward to it!!

Well, that TOM 2 pounds hung on to the very last, but I finally shook it.  But now I'm just back to where I was 2 weeks ago and I just cannot seem to crack the 200 mark!  It is starting to get SO FRUSTRATING!!!

Hey people...hi! I have been very busy walking. I have only lost .2lb since the 14th, but I know more will be coming off soon. I actually gained 4 lbs. at one point but then lost it again, oh the joys of exercising.

I keep hearing most people on CC wanting to crack the 200 mark. Mine is wanting to crack the 150 mark! I have lost so slowly the past few months that 149.8 seems as though it will never get here. I have 3 lbs. to go yet and at the rate I am losing that could be another montha and a half away!!

Enough negative junk, back to the positive. Last week my kids and I walked a total of 40.6 miles in 7 days. that adds up to over 16 hrs. of walking in 7 days with one day off, so tech. 6 days. Feeling really good, but our weather needs to clear up a bit for me to go walk my 10 miles again.

I'm waiting to see the dentist on Thursday... but because I'm having to eat liquid/pureed foods and not exercising or doing much of anything at all, I cut back to 1200 calories a day - and I've lost almost four pounds in a week! I just hope that it's 'real' weightloss - I'm making a big effort to get enough balanced nutrition with soups and smoothies...

Oh stella, you're soooo close, you can bust through!!!! A couple weeks of really focusing has been the only thing that can bust me though standstills. We're all rooting for you!!

4Square, 40.6 miles!!!! Wow! That's amazing, I want to be like you!

kajikit, a liquid diet, that stinks! I got my wisdom teeth pulled about a year ago, not fun. I couldnt' even really do soups very well because I wasn't allowed to suck, it would create a suction that could pull out the clots they wanted to form over the wisdom teeth sockets. And since I was terrified of getting dry socket, I did everything they told me. I think I lived on Betty Crocker flavored mashed potatoes and yogurt. soft enough to not chew, but solid enough to not need to suck.

It's Friday again! Anybody have any good news to report?

My weight has just zoomed downwards this week thanks to my 1200-calorie mush diet. I can eat normally again now for one week and then I'm having three teeth pulled so it'll be back to mush again while I heal - I wonder if this weightloss will continue? :)

April 25 (last week) - 218.80

May 2 (today) - 213.6

Loss in one week - 5.2lbs!

Total loss in six months - 52lb

well, ladies, my FIRST good news is the tornadoes in our area yesterday didn't touch down ... whew!!

2nd good news is the gain I was expecting didn't happen.  I was literally cringeing getting on the scale, but had a tiny, tiny loss (less than 1/2 pound, but that was a very very pleasant surprise!)

kaji, you just keep going and going (although I'm sure dental work is probably not your first choice of how to do it!!)  poor thing.  :(

you're doing great and WHAT A LOSS this week!  maybe I can post some bigger negative numbers next week!!

I have no good news or bad news this week, I'm the same. Hopefully I'll get that kickstart I need soon. For now, I'm just going to make today a good day. :) It's lovely weather after all :)

No changes here either, got a hike in today though.

I have been exercising too much to see any big loses but I am trying to be content with that. I have lost another .6 this week and now weigh 152.2. Actually .6 is a huge lose for me lately..yeah!!
