Hey everyone! I decided to make a group for those who need to lose anywhere from 50 to 70 lbs. I think if we do weigh-ins once a week (whatever day works for each person), we can all keep each other motivated. It is possible for most people who join this group to lose mostly all of the extra weight by the end of 2008! We can all use tomorrow as our first weigh-in. Who's with me

OOPS! Look like I found another one of those pounds that I lost previously. Well last week was a pretty interesting one. I went to the gym 3 times, but I ate very poorly on two seperate occasions. I had chinese for lunch one day (way over did it) and had Pizza for dinner on Saturday (I ate to much again). So we sold the house on Friday and went out for ice cream with the kids to celebrate. I was good here, I only had 1 small scoop of strawberry sorbet and one mango. It was really good. No to mention I have had a head cold since last Friday and my wife is in Oklahoma at a conference. Hopefully I will be able to get back on track in the next couple of days.

I track all my food and weigh in every day. I've been able to lose a lot of weight pretty fast with a few 'plateaus' and a few 'bad' days thrown in. I figure it's coming off pretty easy because I have it to lose. Try to hit the Total Gym every day for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Got to get the rest of the garage cleaned out so I can dust off my weights and add them to my daily routine. The best shape I was ever in was when I was 16 or 17, working on a produce farm picking vegetables (by hand) and I think I weighed 165 or 175 then. Just want to get to 195 and then re-evaluate before trying the last 20 -30 pounds.

My knees have been hurting so I've eased up on the exercise, but I still lost weight since last week. =) Only one and a half pounds to my first goal weight of 185!
