***50-70 lbs. to Lose Club!***
Hey everyone! I decided to make a group for those who need to lose anywhere from 50 to 70 lbs. I think if we do weigh-ins once a week (whatever day works for each person), we can all keep each other motivated. It is possible for most people who join this group to lose mostly all of the extra weight by the end of 2008! We can all use tomorrow as our first weigh-in. Who's with me

Well, I had a muscle spasm in my back last week. Acupuncture on Sat and Mon seemed to help, so I'm back on plan starting today - sigh - can't exercise yet though...

Well after a week of vacation I guess I am not to surprised that I gained a few pounds back. Did not get to work out like usual and I did not eat as well as I should have. But hey it was a vaction and I am back on it now. I will just look at it as shocking my body the other way and see what happens. Hopefully tthings will settle down in a couple of weeks. Sign the paperwork on both houses this week and move on the 7th. Should be really back to normal after that. Well I am off to the gym for my Tuesday workout. Cardio, legs and back tonight. I've been on CC since Feb '08 and only now am seeing results due to a metabolic problem.. I am now pleased with the fact I am losing..long way to go and want to encourage us all that we can do it..

I guess that I am still in vacation mode. Gained another pound last week and it is because I am not being very good at all. I am eating way too much again, eating the wrong things and the weight loss is not happening. They gym has been suffering as well lately since we are in the process of moving and packing. The moving should be completed this weekend and then I will be able to get back on track with the eating and exercising. There does not seem to be enough tiime to cook properly since we are living out of boxes and no planning whats so ever. On one up side, the new house has stairs to go up as opposed to the old single level house. It cannot hurt with htis additioanl exercise. Have a great week everyone.
How can I make walking fun?
You have to find a way to make exercise fun or else you won't do it. If you walk indoors on a treadmill, I recommend moving outdoors into the fresh air... Read more
