Hey everyone! I decided to make a group for those who need to lose anywhere from 50 to 70 lbs. I think if we do weigh-ins once a week (whatever day works for each person), we can all keep each other motivated. It is possible for most people who join this group to lose mostly all of the extra weight by the end of 2008! We can all use tomorrow as our first weigh-in. Who's with me Smile?!

Didn't do too good this past week. Ate way too many chips, junk, and didn't exercise any!  I'm joining the gym for something different to do. I think I've gotten bored with this whole thing. I gotta keep going!!! I have to do this for me!!!!  :(

It seems that I am a yoyo. Back to the gym this week, but plenty of exercise is still being done with moving and carrying boxes. Not as much cardio though. Man do I really hate moving. Exciting yes but packing and unpacking is starting to drill on me. Started eating better last week since I could actually cook again and the weight is heading in the right direction. two weeks to meet my next mini goal. Do not think that is going to happen but maybe a month or two.

Glad to see that most of us are still here and a few new members as well. You are all doing really well. Keep up the good work.

I would love to join this group! I was down to 188 at 5'8" in September and gained 10 pounds back since then :(  I'm in to lose as much as possible by the end of the year. CC says my goal weight is 148, so I'm barely in the club with 50 lbs. (I can't believe I've let myself get so out of control) to lose.

Sorry it's been a while, things are starting to settle down, softball for both my girls are finally winding down. I have updated the weight chart. I haven't weighed myself for about a month. According to my curves weigh in and measure I have lost another 4 lbs and lost 2 inches off my abs and 1 inch off my hips in the past month. I was so excited to hear that. I have really noticed a difference in my clothing. I started with wearing size 18 jeans. I bought a new pair last week and they are a 14. whoo hoo. I am so happy. My husband is really impressed with the improvements. I am going to do another update for my progress pictures very soon. Now that I am done my class and ball is winding down I hope I will be able to post once a week again. I am glad to hear that everyone else is doing good.

I would love to joing to. I am new to cc but I really needs some motivation. I have lost about 35 lbs myself already but I am really feeling like I need a new motivation to stay on track. Its really nice to see that there are so many feeling the same way and I hope I will be able to keep up with the weigh ins. I have four kids so sometimes things are a little crazy around here but I will do my best:] I started my diet at 249lbs. I am 5ft. 3in. My current weight is 215(last friday) My goal weight is 140. I have about 75 more pounds to go. I hope that I can still be a part of your group since I need to lose more than 70lbs.

I weighed in today but no progress.  Still at 208.  I guess the bright side is I did not gain.  Stuck to plan but activity is still an issue.  I know I will not make my short term goal but still plugging away.  Goal - under 200 by July 14.  Have a great weekend.

Well here I am staying about the same every week. I guess another plateau is upon me. I have just been ravenous the past few weeks and I want to eat everything is sight. Not really sure why, but I am keeping it under wraps. I wish that I could still be losing like I did i the beginning. One to two pounds a week was great. Maybe I should step back and reevaluate what I am doinig now and what I was doing then. Just a thought. Sometimes we just become really complacent with what we are doing and lose sight of the final goal. Anyone else ever feel this way?
