***50-70 lbs. to Lose Club!***
Hey everyone! I decided to make a group for those who need to lose anywhere from 50 to 70 lbs. I think if we do weigh-ins once a week (whatever day works for each person), we can all keep each other motivated. It is possible for most people who join this group to lose mostly all of the extra weight by the end of 2008! We can all use tomorrow as our first weigh-in. Who's with me

hey chefjayne, i totally feel you!! i just maintained during this past week... although i kept my exercise up, i made a lot of unhealthy choices (taco bell nachos bell grande and drinking!!!). i've been doing well... but i need to be better.

I filled my cart with produce and spent over $200 for the month. When I got home I realized that not one thing was junk food. I bought plenty of fresh,frozen, and canned fruits and veggies. I have a notebook of menu choices that I have logged. I have a notebook made of variations of each menu. This way the list is endless!

Well this week I am right were I started. I like the downward trend. I hope it continues. I guess I am still on a plateau but if it goes down the next few weeks there maybe hope. Last week I only got tot he gym twice intead of the normal 4 times. Although I did get in alot of yard work this past weekend. Looks like every is doing really well. Keep up the good work.

I did my weigh in on saturday and I am down to 163.5 which is down from last week. I didn't eat any pizza this week-end so that was good. I work part time at papa johns as my second job. I hope everyone has a good week. Phiniman get to the gym no excuses. You have to take the time to care for yourself cause no one else can do it and usually they will have all kinds of reasons why you shouldn't go because they are insecure themselves. Take care Melissa

Another week behind us and it seems the scale is finally moving in the right direction. I hope it contuinues. This plateau I have been on for the past 4 1/2 months is really getting old. But I know it will come off eventually. Melissa, Thanks for keeping track of my gym regime and kicking me in the but. It was not that I did not want to go but the nephew's band recital is only once a year and I do not wnat to miss it. The other was a work meeting that ran thru lunch (When I go to the gym on Weds) and I could not make it. By the way, great job not eating the pizza. That is one of my huge weakness also. Keep up the good work.
I did make the gym four times last week and helped break down a boat show (Lots of lifting and pushing for four hours). So I know that I burned plenty of calories and worked the muscles alot. (I am still feeling it). So far today I am in a pretty good mood and pretty happy that the scale went down two weeks in a row. Hard to believe that from my highest weight I am down 73 lbs. Congrats Northbeach!! Breaking a major barrier is a great feeling. Keep it up. Hope everyone has a great week. Keep up the good work.
