***50-70 lbs. to Lose Club!***
Hey everyone! I decided to make a group for those who need to lose anywhere from 50 to 70 lbs. I think if we do weigh-ins once a week (whatever day works for each person), we can all keep each other motivated. It is possible for most people who join this group to lose mostly all of the extra weight by the end of 2008! We can all use tomorrow as our first weigh-in. Who's with me

I just started my diet, and my problem is I don't have a scale available to weigh myself with most of the time... But I'm trying to get somewhere to weigh myself once a week.

Well it seems that the past few weeks were all for not at this point. I went up four pounds from last week. I was not very good this weekend. I smoked about 15 pounds of ribs and all the side dishes for a barbeques on saturday. Not to mention that I drank a few beers and whisky along with the goodies. oh well what's done is done. Time to move forward. I do not do this very often so I really enjoyed myself and did not worry about the calories.
I am sure most of this will come off in the next day or so but with my weigh in day today it has not yet. So I was right back into the routine yesterday. I am still doing the gym 4 times a week so that is a bonus. I am also trying to increase my water intake to at least 4 liters for a few days and see if I can flush out the extra weight. We shall see how it goes.

Since Feb 4, when I first posted in this forum, I have lost 10lbs... not much but a difference anyway!
Hi i am new here but i am excited to be on my way i have a lot to learn as it has been a long time since i have been on any kind of exercise regiment or weight management program in 93 i left the army at a straping 170 lbs and in the best shape i have ever been in i know it will be a challenge but with help and support i will make it. i know i am a little over the 50-70 lb challenge but can you make an exception.

I went to have my hair cut off because it was driving me crazy. I donated it to Locks of Love. I have lost another pound and a half! I knew that it weighed some but I didn't have any idea that it would be that much.

My b-day was Sunday and I worked. They had a cake from the bakery and it had an inch of icing on it. I scraped off the icing and it was still to sweet for me. I got home and my hubby bought me a huge chocolate chip cookie with a message on top.
