Hello Everyone!

Now, I really need some pals to lose 10-15lbs with! I keep starting...and then stopping. I'm not eating badly, but I know that having others to work with would really help. We can motivate each other, propose weekly challenges and weigh-ins etc!

It doesn't matter if this is your first 10 or last 10 to lose, let's all just lose it together!

Who's with me!?

How do you guys deal with finding the motivation to get off your butts and actually work out? I even bought the Wii fit for Christmas but i exercised 2-3 times and i got lazy again.... help!

And also, how do you deal with food cravings? I found myself having this whole conversation in my head "are you hungry?" "no..." "well then why do you want food?" lol.

I don't have problems wt the food. Most often I forget to eat. I work from home (writer) and make a point not to get up and eat until I'm done wt a certain article or part of article. And usually I end up doing something else and find myself hungry and wt a lot of calories to spare. Which is good :)

I'm very pick and semi-vegetarian so i just put a bag on veggies in the MW, add some sauce or dressing and voila!

as for the exercise, i suck at it during winter :( i can barely get my butt moving on the stepper which looks at me as it would say "have you forgotten abt me?"

I'm posting this late, but I was 139.6 on Friday Jan 2nd.

I'm going grocery shopping tonight so I can get all the foods I need to stay on track.

I can only excersize if I do it everyday.  If I can get into a routine, I'm good.  If I break it, it's REALLY hard to start up again.

I curb cravings by drinking a glass of water, tea, or diet soda.

Right I'm in too.

5"3 - TODAYS WEIGHT 141LBS............................Goal weight 125LBS.

Thats 16lb for March - 2lb per week

Going to try to limit to 1000 calories per day and run each night starting out cold, never run before so it'll take time to build up but I'm giving it a good go.

good luck
