How many lbs. do you lose per week?

I was just wondering based on your deficits, how many lbs. do you typically lose per week? I lose - depending on what I eat/how much I work out - between 2.30 and 2.60 lbs. per week. How bout you?

I'm a big girl, so I usually lose about 2-3/week. I've crazy weeks where I lost almost 6, and some where I lost .1 pound.

But my body is good to me, so I don't complain! =]
2-3 lately... had been averaging 1-2'ish before.
1-2 depending on how much i excersise during the week:)
I'm just starting out and finding it difficult. I only have like 8-10 actual pounds I want to lose, my main goal is to tone up and get healthier.

This is the end of my first week. I started at 135, and on weds i was at 131.5, and then now (Sunday night) I am back at 136! I don't know what happened, I mean i did well at the beginning of the week and kind of went overboard friday night (friend's bachelorette party, lots of drinking)...so i suppose it was just a bad week to start. I normally rarely drink. Anyways, its a new week, I'll just keep on going!  So far tho, I love this site!
I usually lose between 2-3 lbs.
I started out losing 2-3lbs per week in Jan, then it kinda slowed down to .5-1lb in Feb, and March was really tough.  it was like .2-.5lbs per week.

I upped my cals a bit and added stationary biking and an arm/abs/buns DVD to my exercise, and this month I'm losing 1-2lbs a week again (PHEW)
I lose 2-3 pounds a week now.  It took me like 2 1/2 months to lose the first 10 though.
On average 3 lbs per week for the last 4 months. I am aiming for 2 pounds per week now so I upped my dayly intake from 1400 to 1800.
Since Jan. 8 I've lost between 2.5 lbs. and 6 lbs. each week.  More weeks than not it's been 3.5sh.  I'm a big girl though so that's why it's coming off pretty quick right now.  I eat healthy meals, don't starve, and I walk.   
Woah, these are all really high?

My average is 1.3 a week - higher in the beginning, much lower now.
wow... i'm glad knitcorner posted that she thought they were high, because i was starting to feel inadequate at having not averaged over two pounds a week... mines about 1 lb now...

I walk the boardwalk about 3 times a week minimum (since end of march). I exercise a minimum of three times a week and have just started cardio kick which is kind of like kick boxing for the slower guys...  and aqua fitness to round out my knee... I eat between 1400-1800 calories a day though once every few weekends I'm bad and have beer. (May as well be honest!).. since Feb 14, I've only managed to lose 8 pounds though I have gained muscle and changed my shape slightly...  so on the whole, it  averages between .5-1 pound a week....

my first week i lost 5 lbs, weighed myself today for my 2nd week (starting my 3rd) and I lost 2 more.   So, I'm aiming for 1-3 lbs per week from here on out.  Again, depends on how much I work out, but usually 3-5 days per week.  It seems to be all I can get in.
23 pounds in 15 weeks...so I've averaged about 1.5 pounds per week.  It's definitely starting to slow down lately as I get closer to my goal. 
I average between 2-3 lbs a week, has been as low as .5 and as high as 6 lbs.  I think TTOM has effected some of my weekly weigh ins.

Edit:  Ayeguy I have a defecit anywhere from 500-1000 calories depending upon my activity.  But I have a lot of weight to loose and my doctor has me on a specific caloric intake.  Hope that helps some.
To those who have replied so far: if you know what your average daily caloric deficit is, could you please edit your posts and include the information? Thanks!
i've started my diet around 9days ago. i've lost 2kg since then. my average daily calorie deficit is 1300. i exercised about 2/3 times a week, n i usually consumed around 700 calories per day, especially no pure carbohydrates, i.e. rice, bread, pasta for dinner. i also cut off meat, but not dairy products. i eat loads of vegetables, n 1/2 fruits per day since they'r high in calorie. im still 4kg away fr my target. im 21.
lately since i'm sooo close to my goal weight which is 120 i've been losing only ounces per week.  it's fustrating how close I am compared to how I first started 172 and now I'm stuck at 128

well, if it makes you feel better, 128 is pretty much my goal weight =D  i've been loosing 2lbs/week on average (last week only 1...)
