I am trying to find a few people to lose weight with who are like me and would like to lose 30-40 lbs. I have trouble staying motivated and figure if there other people like me who would like to lose the weight we could help motivate each other. I am 27 mother of 5 kids 9,8,6,6,2 I also attend college part time. so i dont have a lot of time for extercise but i do what i can when it is just the baby and i at home. i also watch what i eat. Since i have been eating 6 small meals/snacks a day i have had more energy and the weight is coming off pretty easy for now.  I tried to order the Power 90 because i heard good things about it but have had trouble with the company.

Well I don't have 5 kids so no advice on that sorry but I need somebody to help motivate me! I am 5'8 almost 5'9 and weigh about 211lbs. January of this year I weighed about 255-260. I did really well until May and then got tired of watching what I ate and excersing but i am now ready to get back on track. I really would like to get down to anywhere from 160-170. My friend and I are going on vacation in april and i want to be able to wear a swimming suit and feel good about it! Not sure if I can get to that weight by april but i am sure going to try. It is about 10lbs a month so it is reasonable but i know the closer you get to you ideal weight the harder it is to lose. I just do the biggest loser workout dvd at home and i have one of those big exercise balls.  Maybe we could check in once a week to update each other on our progress! Let me know what you think. 

Yeah that would be great how about once a week weigh in.  I am open for any day on that. Is there any day that would work best for you. Other wise i think friday would be a good and easy day to remember.

 

friday sounds good to me! lets start with next friday because i have not done very well this week :( I need a whole week of eating right to get an accurate weight lol and i need to start working out again but i cant tonight because we are going to see the wizard of oz play tonight. i wish i had the motivation to get up and workout before i go to work however i have tried and it just does not work. i guess it is like anything else though you just have to get into a routine and it gets easier. it would be so nice knowing that i didnt have to come home from work and do my dvd but oh well. maybe that can be my new years resolution lol talk to you later

i just wanted to write and hopefully give you both some inspiration. I myself am 5'9 and 22.5 years old. In may of this year i ballooned up to my heaviest weight at 214lbs. Devestated, i had split my eating up to 6 meals of HEALTHY food everyday and began working out everyday for at least 30 mins. Well fast forwarding to today, i am at 169lbs, it feels great and for me i have reevaluated my weightloss goal and am shooting for 150 by the end of april (my birthday). I just wanted you both to know you can both do it and if i can do anything to help feel free to shoot me a message. Best of luck to you both!

way to go olle i too soon hope to say i am 169lbs.  i am still not sure what weight i want to get to because it has been so long since i was 160lbs. i guess i will just know when i get there. i have a large frame though so i guess anywhere from 150-165 would be great.  good luck on getting to 150 by april, but with how well you have done i am sure it will not be a problem for you :)

that is great. my goal is to get to about 165 any thing less and i just look sick. i have started to eat 6 healthy meals a day and since then i have energy that last all day. i am not hungery all the time. and i just feel great.  i really decided it was time to lose weight a few weeks ago and my husband decided to do it with me so we set a date 11/01 and in just the last few days i can already feel the diffrence. i orderd some power 90 videos to work out to they aint here yet so tell then i just dance around with my son and work out with him

okay so the rest of this week has not gone very good!  Frown  but that is it starting tomorrow i am done eating out and i am going to get up in the morning and do my workout.  well i am going to try my hardest anyways  lol. always easier said than done. i hope you week has been going well.  talk to you later

I havn't started working out yet still waiting for the videos to get hear. have been doing what i could with my son. I have been eating 6 small meals a day i will find out tomorrow if it has been paying off. and dont worry about it we all fall off the wagon. just start again. it takes time to make things habbits. if only lossing weight was as easy as gaining it.

okay so i started this new diet on 11/2 my new stats are

SW 203

CW 198

GW still haven't really decided but about 160-170lbs

I would love to hit my goal by my 28 birthday in FEB.

I think that may be asking to much because to do that i would need to loss 2-3 lbs a week for the next 13 weeks. I really wnt to loss this weight to feel better about myself. before i had kids i was 165 size 11/12 and i loved how i look. i have a lot of curves and dont like how skinny looks on me. i also want to be more healthy for my kids so besides trying to loss the weight i need to stop smoking.

well i did manage to get out of bed this morning and do my workout but i ate some bad things but oh well!!

1 out of 2 not bad. its always hard when you first start. My 9yr had a friend spend the night last night so of course they had all the good stuff. Pizza they made a really great looking cake soda then today fast food and icecream. But some how i was able to stay good and not eat any of it. I will admit i did taste her cake because it was a huge deal to her that i would let her know if it was good and it was. but i was able to stop a just a little taste.  I got my confermation today i will have my work out videos by next friday. i am excited about starting that.
