Well there is my motivation for the day! CONGRATS! =D
You should add the word "lost" to your header - I bet people think that your at 125 pounds not that you lost that much!! You deserve the whole "party" complete with woohoos and yipee's from CC members!! :)
I took your advice and added that. :) I'm pretty happy.. I want the whole "party" !! ;)

I've not had to alter my eating habits along the way, although weight loss is considerably slower these days than it was in the beginning. I've actually found that a cheat meal once in awhile (nothing too extreme!) can sometimes get the scale moving again if I get stuck in a rut for a week or so.
I'm not eating as healthy as I was in the beginning either. Still the same amount of calories, but more frozen/processed things instead of fresh ones. I've been a bit busier with work, school, and an actual social life for a change, so I don't have as much time as I used to to cook. And I'm skipping meals/snacks alot because I'm not at home. I'm not sure if that anything to do with the slow down or not. In Dec when the semester ends I'll go back to my healthier cooking and frequent small meals/snacks and see if it makes a difference in my weight loss. I'd love to hurry and get rid of these last 54.5 lbs.
