I'm getting really excited! I've lost 98 lbs. Only 2 more to go to hit that psychologically important 100 lb. mark. Thanks for letting me crow.

Great going!!!!!

I've still got 15lbs. to go before I'm at that point but believe me when I get there everybody's going to know.

That definetly deserves bragging right!!!!!
Set off the fireworks when that last two pounds disappears!! Big, big accomplishment - you are working hard and its paying off... good for you!
Okay, I'm starting from scratch, I actually have gained 8lbs since I last logged on the sight two years ago.  Tryed JC for a month lost 7lbs gained back and more.  Food too expensive, so I'm going to try the old fashion way and count calories.  My plan is to stay away from anything that I can buy through drive through or in vending machine.  I know its an uohill battle but I'm ready for a life style change.  i went to my 20th reunion last week and some people looked great.  Any words of wisdom welcomed.

Thanks Cat
here ii go again.

Holy sh*t! Well done, that's amazing!
You'll get to the 100 mark in no time!
you are amazing and truly an inspiration.
Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I've been at this since January of this year. I have been eating healthy (around 2000 calories per day) and weight training plus cardio on the elliptical machine.  There is no food that is taboo but I do restrict certain combinations of foods like high fat plus high sugar enjoying them only on special occasions. The only other thing I adhere to strictly is keeping sugar and highly processed foods to an extreme minimum. Again, thanks for your encouragement and good luck on your lifestyle changes. Remember, it's a journey that you must put your heart into and stick with it.
Wow! you are such an inspiration... I am so proud of you! way to go!
two pounds is nothing ;) you'll be there any minute now.

Congratulations!  I know how you feel as I was very excited when I reached the 100lb mark.  I'll be crossing the 200lb mark in a few months so I'm looking forward to that.  Best of luck on your continued success!
